No exchange, refunds or store credit will be issued on special orders.
All special orders are final sale.

Cowhide may rub over time depending on how you use it. The rub could occur where the bag makes contact with your side or hip. If it does rub, the natural leather will be revealed underneath. We think this adds to the beautiful character of the bag.
